Recently, another major Indian shoe manufacturer partnered with our company, YUTAI, to customize a 14-basket vacuum heat setting machine to improve shoe production quality and efficiency. On July 25th, our company successfully completed a custom order for a 14-basket vacuum vulcanizing machine from an Indian customer. On the 29th of this month, the machin shipped to a large Indian shoe factory to improve shoe quality.

This 14-basket vacuum heat setting machine, custom-made by YUTAI, is a powerful tool for overcoming shoe shaping challenges. Utilizing multi-basket parallel technology, it nearly doubles production capacity compared to traditional equipment. The synergistic operation of the vacuum environment and precise temperature control system ensures uniform stress distribution on the upper during shaping, automatically removing wrinkles and fixing the shape, ensuring a more precise fit and aesthetically pleasing shoe. This has increased the shoe shaping pass rate from the conventional 85% to 98%. Furthermore, the intelligent program control system enables rapid switching of process parameters for different shoe materials, such as leather and mesh, to meet diverse production needs.

During the customization process, YUTAI's technical team thoroughly understood the impact of India's hot and humid climate on shoe materials and specifically optimized the equipment's humidity and ventilation systems. The entire production process adhered strictly to international standards, and after multiple rounds of simulation testing and performance tuning, the equipment successfully passed customer acceptance. Subsequently, YUTAI's after-sales team provided comprehensive technical support, including installation and operator training, and a one-year warranty, to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
